Our elegant and sassy zebra chiffon girls pettiskirt dress has the wow factor! Designed for our boutique, it is simply gorgeous. Made with 2 layers of chiffon. Bottom layer features a sassy black & white zebra print. Top layer is a delicate chiffon with hot pink fluff. 

Dress is halter style and comes adorned with a pink daisy on bodice.
