A Cozy Cocoon inside, a soft velour blanket outside! 

Two layers. An inner layer of close fitting cotton/spandex for cozy swaddling. 
An outer layer of cotton velour; cut very roomy creating a built in blanket. 

Outer layer: 80% cotton, 20% acrylic, 
Inner layer: 95% cotton, 5% spandex.

INFANT: newborn - 3 months
BABY: 4 - 6 months
